Through outreach and consultation, the Counseling Center hopes to reach the entire campus community in our efforts to promote mental health. We provide programming across campus to educate, raise awareness, and reduce stigma. We also offer one-on-one consultation for faculty, staff, parents, and family members to offer advice and strategies for supporting UMD students facing distress or mental health challenges.
