Professional Interests: anxiety and mood concerns, post-traumatic stress, eating and body image concerns, life transition challenges, relationship issues, men’s issues, stress management/pre-performance anxiety, performance enhancement, sport psychology, student-athletes, injury recovery, self-growth/identity development, hip-hop therapy, grief and loss, and interpersonal process group therapy

Personal Interests: mindfulness, hiking, music of any kind, golf, alpine skiing above 11k feet, beach volleyball, culinary, spending time with my family
